Shipping Information

Processing & Dispatch

  • We process and pack orders as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM AEST/AEDT (Monday–Sunday) are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

Important Information

We refund or resend items that are damaged or lost due to courier mishandling.
If a product is found defective upon inspection, we will include a replacement in your next order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or mistaken purchases.
Please note: Space cream chargers cannot be refilled.
