Ensure the item is unused, in original condition, with all inserts and accessories included.

Our team will review your request and, once approved, send you a return label and instructions via email.
After we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Important Information
We refund or resend items that are damaged or lost due to courier mishandling.
If a product is found to be defective upon inspection, we will include a replacement in your next order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Mistaken purchase
Note: Space cream chargers cannot be refilled.
